Safeguarding and Welfare
County Oak Archery club aspires to provide an inclusive and supportive environment for the practice of Archery. To this end the club has a Welfare Officer and requires its members to adhere to the ArcheryGB codes of conduct, which can be found at the link below.
The club’s Welfare Officer is Ryan Southall, who should be contacted first if there are any welfare issues or concerns to be reported. A secondary point of contact is the club secretary, Phil Howell. Please consult the Club Handbook for further details.
Outside of the club, Archery GB has its own dedicated Safeguarding team, which can be contacted confidentially to raise any concerns. Archery GB contact points for reporting concerns can be found on the Archery GB Report a Concern web page. The full set of relevant policies and procedures is available on the Archery GB Safeguarding Policies & Guides web page.
